Floor staff

We are looking for a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience. Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional guest experience and to be able to work as a team player.
Some of the roles and responsibilities include:
- Greet customers warmly and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences / dietary requirements
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver bills and take payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all front of house team members and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Ideally we would like you to have some experience as a waiter or waitress but we will always offer on the job training. As long as you are a good team player, are warm and friendly with our customers and have good communication and time management skills you will fit in well!

Please note our full time base hourly rate is above minimum wage and all our floor staff get a share of the service charge at the end of each shift.
