Bar staff

Need to have experience working behind a busy bar. Some of the job roles include: - Able to make cocktails
- Maintain stock supplies - replenished and rotated
- Work cleanly and efficiently in opening and closing the bar area
- Work as part of the restaurant team also
- Cellar management - the cellar needs to be checked and kept clean and organised at all times
- Able to assist with deliveries on particular days
