Chef

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen; Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards;
Stock and maintain designated food station(s);
Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed;
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner;
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff;
Follow recipes and prepare dishes;
Sanitise and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking;
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies;
Organising Kitchen, Cleaning and detailing on a daily basis;
Cooking menu items in a timely manner and working as a team;
Clean up station and set up the next shift;
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards;
Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.

Requirements:
Breakfast experience;
Strong attention to detail;
Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal;
Ability to communicate and listen to team members;
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs;
3 plus years experience in high volume fast paced kitchens.
